About the Program
Teen Networking Nights is designed to expose students to real-world experiences while building essential workforce skills. Each session focuses on developing communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity through hands-on activities and conversations with local professionals and entrepreneurs.

Students will engage in networking, practice interviewing, explore business ideas, and gain insight into different career pathways. The program is also shaped by a student leadership team to ensure the experience remains relevant and engaging.

What to Bring
A fully charged phone is required for participation and program activities, including session feedback
A positive attitude and willingness to engage
All program materials and supplies will be provided.

Student Feedback and Program Evaluation
At the end of each session, students will complete a brief survey using their phone. This feedback is used to continuously improve the program and measure its impact.
Families will also have an opportunity to provide input later in the program through a separate outreach.
